Handcraft Building

Located in Scott’s Addition, the original 1940’s industrial building was transformed into a multi-tenant commercial and retail space. Trent was hired to demolish the old plant and provide a renovated shell for the 90,000 SF and complete each specific tenant as space was leased. An open ceiling and polished concrete floor concept, tenants range from architects and engineers, to a market, a financial and staffing/recruiting firms.
